During his long tenure as a four-star admiral, Samuel J. Locklear led all U.S. forces in the Asia-Pacific region. Saami Kalule-Sabiti is the founder and CEO of OVLP, a climate intelligence platform that helps institutions aim expertise and capital more precisely at climate risk. His work began on the coast — rebuilding New York's shoreline at the Mayor's Office of Recovery and Resiliency after Hurricane Sandy — and continues through FLOE Caribbean, his clean-ice venture for frontline island and coastal economies. He holds an MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia and a certification in biomimicry, and spent fourteen years in international broadcast journalism before turning to climate full time. He builds on one conviction: the most durable solutions are the ones already proven in nature and tested in the field.

Jaelin Kauf is a three-time Olympic silver medalist and the most decorated freestyle moguls skier in U.S. Olympic history. She is a World Champion, current World Cup competitor, and member of the U.S. Moguls Team. Beyond competition, she is the Founder and President of Deliver the Love™ Foundation, a nonprofit empowering girls in sport to build confidence and self-love through movement and community. She is also part of the Protect Our Winters Athlete Alliance and holds an undergraduate degree in Environmental and Sustainable Studies.
