First Things First: Travel to Athens
Walking Softer is pleased to host this adventure of a lifetime and will cover the cost of the charter and all domestic travel and accommodations once you arrive in Athens. All you need to do is get yourself there. Let’s go!

1. Book Your Travel
Arrival: October 20
Arrive in Athens no later than October 20.

Departure: October 27
Depart from Athens.
Please schedule your departing flight no later than X on October 27 to ensure you have enough time to catch your flight home after disembarking.
2. Passport / Visa Info
U.S. citizens do not need a visa to visit Norway for up to 90 days; you will only need a valid passport with at least six months of validity from date of return. If traveling with a passport from a different country, please visit the Norwegian Embassy website to find your visa requirements.
3. Summit Portal
Once you have booked your flights, please enter your flight information into your Summit Portal so we can arrange your airport shuttles.

Trip Details
Walking Softer will provide the following:
June 29 – Pre-voyage hotel stay and kick-off happy hour with drinks and appetizers
June 30 – Private charter flight to Longyearbyen, Norway
July 1–7 – Ship staterooms (double occupancy; solo guests will be paired), meals, excursions, and crew gratuity
July 8 – Private charter flight from Longyearbyen to Oslo
Patriot Lite Travel Medical Insurance Plan (this requires no action on your part; we will purchase this for each guest and send you your policy)
Carbon offsetting contribution
Custom gratuity for hotel and restaurant staff onboard
What to Pack
Remember the motto "There's no such thing as bad weather, only bad gear!"
When packing, please be mindful of the weight limits on our charter flight: Your checked luggage (1 piece) can not exceed 55 lbs (25kg), and your carry-on (1 piece) can not exceed 17 lbs (8kg). You may also bring a personal item that can fit under the seat in front of you.
